Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to drive development of advanced AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions for semiconductor manufacturing yield challenges in Arizona.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy LLM apps, build scalable data pipelines, and mentor engineers while shaping AI roadmaps. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in data science and strong Python/SQL skills with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
• Experience performing yield analysis, root-cause analysis, process engineering analytics, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience with manufacturing, process, and yield-related challenges.
• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL including scalable data pipelines and production-quality analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI/ML solutions addressing semiconductor yield challenges.
• Drive adoption of AI across engineering teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Develop and deploy LLM and Generative AI applications to boost productivity and knowledge discovery.
• Analyze large manufacturing datasets to identify yield detractors, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Design scalable data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and AI infrastructure for robust manufacturing analytics.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI roadmaps across organzations.
