Job summary

Intel MDCE Data Science is seeking a Senior AI / Data Science Engineer in Phoenix to lead AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing. You will shape analytics, deploy production-grade AI, and collaborate with Yield Eng, Process Integration and Manufacturing teams.

You will build scalable data pipelines, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional impact while contributing to Intel's evolving AI strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, DS, EE, IE, statistics or STEM field.
• 6+ years in data science, ML/AI, analytics with yield/root-cause focus.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with yield challenges.
• Strong Python and SQL for scalable pipelines and prod analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI/ML/Generative AI solutions for manufacturing and yield.
• Drive adoption of AI across MDCE and partner engineering teams.
• Develop and deploy LLM and Generative AI apps to boost productivity.
• Analyze large manufacturing datasets to identify yield detractors and optimization opportunities.
• Design scalable data pipelines and AI infrastructure for analytics.
• Collaborate with Yield Eng, Process Integration, Manufacturing, and TD teams.
