Job summary

Ralliant seeks a hands-on Leader of AI & Data Platforms in Chandler, AZ to drive enterprise AI adoption and establish governed data foundations. You will lead a small team across data engineering, architecture, and analytics development, while partnering with PMO to advance the Palantir Foundry program.

The role focuses on data stewardship, lifecycle management, and self-service analytics, balancing technical delivery with executive collaboration and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data platforms, AI enablement, or data governance roles, with hands-on delivery.
• Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and sustaining production AI and data solutions with production-grade pipelines and safeguards.
• Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills; data modeling, orchestration, and observability experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and enterprise data governance, stewardship, or lifecycle management.
• Ability to learn enterprise data platforms and coordinate technical delivery across teams.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools and ability to partner on governed self-service analytics.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication; ability to present evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to lead technical work, coach colleagues, and stay involved in engineering and delivery.
• Comfort operating in evolving environments and delivering prototypes to production.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement secure AI tools; operationalize priority solutions to improve productivity.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across functions and translate challenges into practical solutions.
• Lead a small team across data engineering, architecture, and Power BI/Power Platform; set priorities and coach.
• Lead architecture, data readiness, and Palantir Foundry implementation with PMO and SME.
• Establish data warehousing, stewardship, lifecycle-management, labeling, lineage, and access controls.
• Use Purview for governance and lifecycle management across priority data domains.
• Build production-grade pipelines, data models, and reusable integration patterns; develop data products.
• Collaborate on SCADA/OT data integration and reference data products with engineering teams.
• Enable users via training, playbooks, and governance guardrails for citizen development.
• Deliver dashboards, signals, and triggers to improve operational visibility and cost tracking.
• Ensure reliability through monitoring, alerts, and production support.
• Present options to leaders with cost, risk, and implementation tradeoffs.
• Define baselines and track adoption, outcomes, and business impact; maintain data product catalog.
• Contribute to technology forums and governance practices within Ralliant.
