Job summary

Matillion is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Maia, a pivotal area of our data product line. You will own end-to-end development of agentic experiences at the intersection of AI capability and commercial impact.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Design to build Maia, and with GTM to take learnings to market, delivering depth in data workflows and scalable product solutions.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping and scaling B2B products.
• Fluency with how modern AI products work, evals, agentic workflows and context.
• Systems thinking: understand how pieces fit together and balance craft, speed and impact.
• Strong data literacy: use metrics and evidence to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication: articulate vision and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong product instincts and taste; stay close to user and define great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of Maia end to end: define problems, prioritise, trade-offs, deliver measurable impact.
• Set the quality bar for agentic behaviour and build evaluation mechanisms.
• Deeply understand users to remove friction in data workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering on models, context, tools and orchestration.
• Accelerate outputs with AI across research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, GTM and leadership.
