Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, 2+ years in technical environments like AI/ML.
• Ability to read and write code, navigate APIs, and engage in engineering discussions.
• Experience with LLM-based products and AI workflow tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI product evaluation and operational product discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product backlog and release cadence throughout the launch.
• Define acceptance criteria based on user value and system constraints.
• Lead day-to-day execution of the product team and unblock tasks.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement, including building prototypes.
• Monitor production performance and translate data into improvements.
