BMO Financial Group in Chicago (hybrid) seeks an experienced Data Analytics & Integration leader at Senior Manager level to drive data onboarding, ingestion, and integration for AI/Analytics initiatives. You will partner with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data pipelines with governance and cost controls.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery of enterprise data platforms supporting AI, analytics, and BI

Competenze

• 8–10 years in Data Engineering or analytics within large enterprises.
• 3+ years as a Technical Delivery leader driving enterprise data integration and AI platforms.
• Strong SQL, Python and experience with large datasets in cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau and data governance in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership for data onboarding, ingestion, and integration for AI/analytics uses.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business users to define data needs.
• Design scalable data pipelines for structured, semi‑structured and multi‑modal data with governance and security.
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot, and optimize cost and throughput; drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor analysts and ensure transparent communication of risks and results to leadership.
