Experis Technology Group is seeking an R&D Engineer Sr. specializing in AI Data Operations and Validation in Little Canada, MN.

You will lead data management for AI/ML development within a medical device environment, coordinating acquisition and organization of clinical datasets and ground truth data. You will design evaluation workflows to measure model performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines, labeling quality, and model development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI/ML data ops, data engineering, or model validation.
• Experience with data lifecycle management, model evaluation, and performance frameworks.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data Platform, or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities for AI/ML development in a medical device environment.
• Coordinate collection, ingestion, and organization of clinical and field datasets including imaging and procedural data.
• Establish and maintain ground truth datasets for model training and validation.
• Design and execute model evaluation workflows to assess AI model performance against standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines, labeling quality, and model development processes.
