Job summary

Truist is seeking a program governance professional to translate data management strategy into actionable execution. You will align business, technology, risk, and data stakeholders around priorities, deliverables, and measurable outcomes to advance enterprise data governance and risk management objectives.

The role covers building program plans, collaborating across teams, evaluating performance, and driving AI/data governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI and data.
Understanding of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.
Experience with high volumes of data and querying.
Customer service experience to adapt to multiple stakeholders.
Basic understanding of data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Builds and designs program plans that track execution of data management capability teams.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate data initiatives into business-as-usual processes.
Conducts experiments and evaluates data initiative performance to support continuous improvement.
Supports technical innovation efforts and advancement of data capabilities for core capabilities.
Adheres to developing AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational goals.
Implements and executes training initiatives and solutions.
Assists in efforts related to the automation of repeatable data preparation and integration tasks.
Works with technical project teams to provide accurate documentation of data related to project and deliverables.
