Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior AI Data Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses for AI/ML initiatives. The role requires expertise with SAP HANA and hands-on experience in AI/ML data preparation, feature stores, and model-ready data delivery.

You will deliver full-stack data solutions spanning collection, ingestion, processing, storage, and delivery, using local, distributed, and cloud technologies with strong security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, including 3+ years supporting AI/ML systems
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data/system architecture
• Strong proficiency in Python, NiFi, SQL
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines at scale
• Familiar with Safe Agile framework

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and warehouse solutions
• Deliver enterprise-grade data platforms supporting AI/ML workflows
• Define functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications
• Architect and design ETL, reporting and analytics, and data models
• Maintain data systems performance and resolve production issues
