Job summary

Fujitsu’s Wayfinders unit seeks a Forward Deployed Senior Manager to bridge engineering, consulting, and delivery for AI transformations in the Benelux region. You will embed with strategic clients, design AI‑enabled systems, and drive production‑grade implementations across enterprise platforms.

You will lead the technical delivery, ensure security and governance, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate high‑value AI use cases into durable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience as a software engineer, AI engineer, or technical delivery lead, including customer‑facing work.
• Proven track record of taking complex systems from prototype to production in enterprise environments.
• Practical experience building or deploying AI‑enabled solutions (e.g. LLMs, ML‑driven decision systems, automation or agent‑based workflows).

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to understand workflows, constraints and success metrics.
• Translate AI use cases into working MVPs for production‑ready solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery from discovery to deployment handover.
