Job summary

Artefact is a next-generation data & AI strategy firm with 2,000+ consultants. We seek a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Data & AI Strategy to bridge technical possibilities and business imperatives across projects from Mittelstand to large enterprises.

You will guide data-driven decision-making and actively shape clients’ digital futures. The role emphasizes cross-functional workstreams, governance contributions, and client-facing output in German and English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or in-house corporate strategy roles.
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant quantitative field.
• Business fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory & strategy: translate business needs into data-driven recommendations for transformation.
• Data & analysis: synthesize data and create actionable insights using AI-native toolstack.
• Project delivery: own workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Data & AI solutions: support development of data strategies, AI use cases, and BI solutions.
• Knowledge sharing & collaboration: contribute to team culture and stay abreast of AI trends.
• Business development & thought leadership: contribute to Artefact’s growth in Germany and develop intellectual capital.
