Job summary

FinThrive is seeking a Senior AI/Enterprise Architect to define and evolve the enterprise AI architecture for our AI ecosystem. You will partner with product, engineering, security and business leaders to scale AI across platforms, data assets, workflows and processes, ensuring security and reliability.

You will lead multi-year roadmaps, guide technology decisions on cloud, model hosting, vector stores and MLOps, and mentor senior engineers while advancing architectural excellence across

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions across cloud, data, security, and application domains.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and products.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI architectural vision, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead long-term evolution of AI capabilities (agentic AI, RAG, ML, automation).
• Create enterprise integration patterns and governance for AI systems.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps for AI enablement across product portfolio.
• Mentor engineers and provide hands-on leadership for critical initiatives.
