Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Data & Analytics Engineer II to shape the data and AI foundation powering scalable analytics, self-serve reporting, and reliable data products across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into durable technical solutions, combining hands-on data engineering, semantic modeling, and AI-driven workflow automation with strategic roadmap ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI engineering with hands-on data engineering expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong data modeling and DBT experience.
• Deep knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT, and the modern data stack, including Databricks or similar.
• Experience building semantic layers and structured documentation for AI workflows.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-team data initiatives, especially in Marketing, Sales, or Product contexts.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Data & Analytics Engineer II to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the data and AI foundation that powers scalable analytics, self-serve reporting, and reliable data products across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn ambiguous business needs into durable technical solutions that support decision-making and operational efficiency. The position combines hands‑on data engineering, semantic modeling, and AI‑driven workflow automation with strategic ownership of the roadmap and quality standards.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $137,445 – $231,000 annually
