Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for an AI Cybersecurity Program.

The role will oversee evaluation, selection, implementation, and operationalization of AI security capabilities to protect against AI-enabled threats while enabling secure AI adoption across the enterprise. Candidates should have 10+ years in cybersecurity and 5+ years in leadership, with hands-on experience in enterprise security tools, architecture, and large-scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years in a technical lead or security architecture leadership role.
• Experience with enterprise security tool selection and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of security tools, including Microsoft and CrowdStrike.
• Experience in large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across all AI Cybersecurity Program workstreams.
• Define and validate technical requirements, use cases, architectures, and designs.
• Lead assessments, PoCs, vendor demos, and technology evaluations.
• Oversee integration with enterprise tools and security architecture.
• Coordinate transition to operations and ensure documentation and training materials.
• Provide governance and monitor outcomes throughout the contract term.
