Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions to understand challenges and design tailored demos.
• Architect AI-driven CX and ES solutions for diverse audiences including C-suite.
• Own end-to-end technical engagement from qualification to pilot execution.
• Integrate secure, scalable solutions using Zendesk APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to align roadmaps and goals.
• Measure ROI with Zendesk analytics and AI metrics to enable continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and champion adoption with customer success teams.
