WEX is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager (Context Engineering) to own the enterprise context layer that powers its global fleet of AI agents. You will bridge unstructured knowledge with governed semantic data and agent execution workflows, collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure actions are grounded and authorized.

This role emphasizes governance, security, ROI tracking, and building production‑ready context packs for critical workflows, while measuring retrieval

Qualifications

• Senior‑level Product Management experience owning data platforms, enterprise search/retrieval systems, semantic layers, API products, or internal developer platforms consumed by engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the enterprise context layer powering global AI agents.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to prioritize context initiatives.
• Define semantic measures, join graphs, and Row‑Level Security (RLS).
• Establish standards for federated ingestion, chunking, caching, and metadata.
