Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sr Mgr, Compute AI Services to lead end-to-end programs across engineering, product, and science teams.

You will own roadmaps, drive alignment, and deliver high-impact AI infrastructure initiatives that scale for developers globally. You will partner with leaders across teams to turn customer pain points into roadmap priorities, manage resource trade-offs, and communicate status to senior executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of cross-cutting programs that span multiple engineering, product, and science teams.
• Build and own long-term roadmaps that improve delivery speed, quality, and operational excellence across our services.
• Identify trends across programs and influence prioritization so teams invest in the highest-impact work.
• Drive alignment across organizations, making difficult resource and scope trade-offs and securing buy-in on key priorities.
