Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE with 10+ years in AI/ML; or Master’s with 8+ years.
• 10+ years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java

Responsibilities

• Architect and build control and data plane implementations for a highly available, multi-tenant ML platform
• Develop Ray and Spark distributed compute engine solutions to accelerate diverse workloads
• Engineer systemic improvements for KTLO workflows
• Direct the technical execution of a diverse project portfolio across microservices and large foundation models
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, program management, and stakeholders to optimize outcomes
• Lead design and code review sessions and stay current with tech trends
• Mentor internal talent and recruit external talent to bolster Capital One's tech pool
