Job summary

Aspect Software, a leader in cloud-native, AI-driven enterprise solutions, seeks a Senior Staff Engineer to drive architectural strategy for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will shape AI orchestration, resilient cloud patterns, and secure by design capabilities across the product ecosystem.

You will mentor senior engineers, set engineering standards, and partner with security and product teams to deliver scalable, high-performance systems for global clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of production-ready software experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Expertise in Generative AI architecture and agentic AI concepts.
• Strong security, IAM, and zero-trust architecture knowledge.
• Experience building hyper-scale, distributed cloud systems.
• Ability to drive strategic technical decisions and mentor senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define Architectural Strategy: own the technical roadmap for product suite and cloud platform.
• Pioneer AI Orchestration: design frameworks for LLMs and agents to differentiate products.
• Establish Excellence Benchmarks: set global standards for observability, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Cultivate Elite Talent: mentor senior technical leaders and promote disciplined design reviews.
• Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: collaborate with Security and Product leadership to embed security-by-design.
