You will mentor staff, establish standards, and push for scalable, secure architectures while collaborating on AI tool integration and data models to enhance productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive software leadership.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent workflows and stateful AI systems.
• Integrate foundation models via secure API gateways and manage token limits/costs.
• Design AI-native data models with relational and vector databases for RAG.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and secure cloud-native practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive SDLC improvements with automation.
