Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Clinical QA Specialist, AI, to lead the Clinical AI QA program, ensuring safety, accuracy and regulatory alignment across AI features and workflows. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Clinical Operations and product teams to translate clinical insights into actionable improvements.

Ideal candidates bring clinical care experience, familiarity with AI in healthcare, telemedicine exposure and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical care and familiarity with AI in healthcare.
• Ability to develop QA standards, rubrics and review processes.
• Telemedicine or digital health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of QA frameworks for AI tools, including testing protocols and review processes.
• Evaluate AI outputs for clinical safety, accuracy, bias, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage escalations from therapists, clients, and teams; identify patterns and escalation pathways.
• Generate actionable Clinical AI QA reports with recommendations to improve AI features and workflows.
