Ideal candidates have 5+ years in backend-focused roles, with AWS/Azure experience, distributed systems expertise, and strong API design skills. Collaboration across teams and mentorship are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack applications with backend and infrastructure focus.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or similar cloud platforms, supporting thousands of users.
• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices, API design, asynchronous processing and event-driven patterns.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong observability, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and clean code practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and scalable backend services.
• Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for AI workloads and multi-tenant use.
• Develop and optimize APIs, handle asynchronous processing and complex workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to post-mortems.
