Job summary

The Freeman Company's Sr. Operations Enablement & Solutions Analyst will lead AI and automation initiatives within AV Production, driving process transformation and data-driven improvements across the organization.

Working with Operations, stakeholders, and Tech Services, you will design, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions, establish governance, and ensure scalable, compliant adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in business technology, automation, AI solutions, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives preferred.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow, and knowledge management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, automation, and knowledge management opportunities across AV Production.
• Serve as SME for AI-enabled business process transformation initiatives.
• Analyze processes, KPIs, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automation workflows.
• Translate objectives into scalable AI and automation solutions.
