Job summary

Leap is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build AI and automation systems powering clinical and business operations. You will own large surface areas across product, data, infrastructure, and automation to scale Leap’s operational platform.

You’ll partner with Clinical Operations and leadership to identify high-value automation opportunities, ship AI-driven care orchestration, and contribute to scalable, HIPAA-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping AI systems in production (LLM integrations, agents, AI-powered workflows).
• Proficient with TypeScript across frontend, backend, data and infra.
• Experience building 0-1 at an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM agents and automation pipelines replacing manual workflows.
• Design AI-driven care orchestration across patients, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Own internal and external products used by clinical teams, growth teams, partners, and customers.
• Build and maintain shared services, identity/auth, and HIPAA-compliant data architecture.
