RADICL Defense is hiring a Senior Engineer focused on AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation. You will architect automated incident response, agentic workflow orchestration, and deterministic automation pipelines to scale security operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing production AI workflows, preferably with large language models or agent systems.
• Experience with AI safety considerations and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Strong background in designing reliable, scalable systems using queues and stream processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent case management systems that triage security incidents and automate response actions.
• Develop agent systems using LLMs to autonomously reason about security data and execute investigations.
• Create event-driven, deterministic automation pipelines for scalable incident processing.
