Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in detection, security operations, incident response, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent language for security tooling.
• Experience engineering AI/LLM-driven detection, triage, and investigation workflows.
• Detections authored mapping to attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK).

Responsibilities

• Shape the DART roadmap based on business priorities and threat models.
• Eliminate detection gaps by variant analysis to close whole classes of vulnerabilities.
• Architect AI-powered detection and triage pipelines with high accuracy and low false positives.
• Collaborate on SIEM, SOAR, and security platforms for scalable ingestion and alerting.
• Own incident response program architecture and drive remediation on high‑impact events.
• Set technical direction for DART codebases, balancing speed, correctness and maintainability.
• Define standards for responsible AI use in detection and response workflows.
• Influence security strategy across engineering and mentor junior engineers.
