Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead AI architecture design and implementation across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks. The role spans Foundation Model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/vision models, balancing hands‑on delivery with broad coordination.

You will guide enterprise AI adoption through robust compliance, monitoring, integration, and control practices, working with cross‑functional teams and serving on the Enterprise Architecture council.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and widely used platforms.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models and LLM/SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as a player‑coach contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be an expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems and their applications.
