Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise AI architectures spanning knowledge, trust, and control/harness blocks. You will shape foundation model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/vision systems across the enterprise, balancing hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination.

In this role you will drive enterprise AI adoption with robust compliance, monitoring, integration, and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI agentic systems design using foundation models and LLM/SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach delivering technical work while guiding adoption.
• Be an expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems.
• Member of Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of AI trends and governance patterns.
