Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture across Knowledge, Trust and Control/Harness blocks. You will guide foundation model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/SLM integrations with hands-on delivery and broad coordination across EY teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and scalable solutions, with hybrid work and global collaboration as core elements. A senior leadership track offers wide impact in enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record in building large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating adoption.
• Be an expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems.
• Engage with Enterprise Architecture council to guide initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of AI trends and trust frameworks for timely adoption.
