Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead AI architecture across Knowledge, Trust and Control/Harness blocks for enterprise-wide adoption. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination, ensuring robust compliance and integration across the foundation-model stack.

You will shape strategy for NLP/visual models, monitor governance, and guide EY teams while advancing enterprise AI platforms and customer solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; masters preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance or compliance tech.
• Knowledge of AI foundation models and major platforms.
• Experience with model monitoring, safety and governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI agentic system design and foundation-model-based frameworks.
• Integrate external tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Lead with hands-on delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Guide knowledge, trust, and control/harness AI developments for clients.
