Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain experts in agent control and scalable AI solutions. You will shape architectures, define authentication for large-scale systems, and drive post-training environments and evaluation benchmarks.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams, mentor engineers, contribute to IP filings, and participate in client-focused initiatives within EY's hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native software development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Typescript and languages like Go, Rust, Java.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent architectures.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Create post training and tuning environments for AI agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models and evaluate via benchmarks.
• Lead hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities and mentor the team.
