Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Gen AI Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines in North America. You will architect scalable, secure AI systems and translate business needs into robust architectures.

You will guide cross-functional teams, define tech roadmap, evaluate frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK), ensure compliance and governance, and build reusable AI accelerators across the practice.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering or architecture.
• 5+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI design.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions for NA region.
• Lead PoCs and pilots for AI-first use cases such as automation and knowledge assistants.
• Define AI architecture strategy, assurance, and governance.
• Oversee model lifecycle management (training, fine-tuning, inference) and operationalization.
