Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering/data science.
• Significant software engineering experience with production apps or platforms.
• Hands-on AI/ML/data-intensive solution development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, cloud services, data pipelines, and source control.
• Experience with generative AI patterns (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search).
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture, IAM, observability, and secure dev practices.
• Ability to evaluate tech choices and explain tradeoffs; cross-team work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; government work exposure is a plus.
