Job summary

UKG seeks a distinguished Fellow AI Engineer to define and lead Agentic AI strategy across the enterprise product suite. You will serve as the architectural authority for autonomous AI agents, guiding design, governance, and production deployment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development and AI, with at least 5 years in generative AI/NLP.
• Proven ability to architect and deploy large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
• Experience partnering with customers, sales and product teams to shape AI roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define UKG’s Agentic AI strategy and architecture for the product portfolio and AI Platform.
• Engage with customers, field teams and executives to translate AI opportunities into scalable capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Legal to ensure governance and responsible AI.
