Job summary

FalconSmartIT in Reading, PA is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to design and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. This contract role requires hands-on technical leadership to architect end-to-end AI/ML platforms and production-grade applications on AWS.

You will mentor teams, implement agentic workflows using AWS Agent Core, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and governable deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from proof of concept through production implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML architectures and production-ready solutions.
• Architect, provision, and manage secure, scalable AI infrastructure on AWS using IaC (Terraform).
• Build, optimize, and deploy multi-agent systems leveraging AWS Agent Core, Bedrock Agents, and Knowledge Bases.
• Develop data, model, and inference pipelines integrating LLMs and vector databases.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and optimize prompt engineering for enterprise AI.
• Establish best practices across AI Engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps for scalable deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.
