Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Architect/Engineer to design, build, and integrate agentic AI solutions within our health and pension benefits platform. You will work across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations to orchestrate workflows and automate participant transactions with AI-enabled user journeys.

The role demands hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM integration, and enterprise architecture in hybrid cloud environments, with on-site presence in Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience designing AI/Gen AI in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on building AI agents and agent workflows.
• Experience integrating LLMs into customer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate agentic AI solutions into an enterprise application environment.
• Architect end-to-end AI-enabled user journeys across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to orchestrate workflows.
• Ensure secure, scalable and maintainable AI systems in production.
