Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a Technology Applications Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using the Microsoft AI toolset (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML) and full stack technologies (React, Node.js, Python). Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software development experience with AI, automation, or cloud-based solutions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft AI and cloud platforms: Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning
• Experience developing in Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerShell
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and integrating AI models into applications
• Understanding of NLP, chatbots, and automation; DevOps practices with CI/CD and IaC
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking in a fast-paced IT environment
• Proven track record in IT development teams and ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain AI-powered applications using Microsoft AI and cloud technologies (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML, etc.)
• Leverage Azure AI services to implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions into business processes to enhance efficiency
• Develop applications within Azure Foundry, optimizing for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with Innovation Team and data scientists on AI/automation projects
• Implement Copilot/Copilot Studio solutions to streamline workflows
• Work with Power Platform to create intelligent workflow automation
• Participate in full SDLC activities: design, development, testing, deployment, support
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications with a focus on security and compliance
• Follow DevOps best practices, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing
• Monitor and maintain existing applications; troubleshoot and fix issues
• Stay updated on Microsoft AI advancements and integrate new tech
• Pursue continuous improvement and professional development
• Interact with all levels of staff and contribute to a collaborative culture
