Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, AI Analytics to develop predictive modeling and generative AI frameworks across business domains. You will translate complex datasets into resilient ML pipelines that improve customer lifetime value and retention, while standardizing reproducibility and monitoring drift in production.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, ML, CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum Experience: 4 years in data science and applied ML.
• Technical Skills: 4+ years Python/Scala/SQL; Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch; AWS/Databricks/Snowflake; NLP/generative AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to set ML roadmaps aligned with OKRs and product goals.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable production ML systems for segmentation, churn, and LTV.
• Scale generative AI initiatives with robust LLM-assisted workflows for transcripts and real-time compliance auditing.
• Establish automated data science pipelines across enterprise cloud infrastructure for reproducibility and continuous delivery.
• Use AI tooling and monitoring to optimize training, latency, and deployment cycles.
• Translate model outputs into dashboards and actionable guidance for business units.
