You will lead multi-agent workflows, champion AI adoption, and partner with Product teams to shape performance, security, and scalability requirements. You will drive end-to-end ownership of services, enable internal education on advanced AI tools, and ensure resilient, secure cloud deployments with efficient CI/CD.

• Senior technical leader who designs complete services and drives the lifecycle of major initiatives.
• Leads AI-driven initiatives and internal AI adoption using tools like Google Gemini, AWS Agent Core, Claude, and other integrations.
• Focus on multi-agent engineering, fault-tolerant design, and secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy multi-agent workflows within AWS Agent Core with state management and memory persistence.
• Lead AI-enabled engineering and enablement initiatives across teams and external partners.
• Own end-to-end ownership of services and cross-platform integrations.
• Make data-driven trade-offs on data orchestration (MCP/API, Agents/Skills) to meet requirements.
• Build resilient systems with retries, circuit breakers, and fallbacks.
• Review code for security and adhere to OAuth scopes.
• Design cost-aware cloud architectures with autoscaling and failover strategies.
• Own automated deployment packages and environment management across sandbox tiers.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times.
• Resolve root causes for complex bugs and incidents; create runbooks for on-call teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Negotiate backlog priorities including tech debt and refactoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high-quality design patterns.
• Foster data-driven discussions to resolve engineering disagreements.
• Promote continuous learning and cross-workstream context switching.
