Job summary

Truist seeks a Senior AI Agentic Engineer to design and deploy production-grade agentic systems that address real business problems at scale. You will translate architecture patterns into robust, observable workflows combining prompts, tools, APIs, memory, and governance.

The role spans multi-platform work, focusing on prompt architecture, tool integration, memory management, RAG, and secure deployment within enterprise release controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python programming and knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows.
• Implement single-agent and multi-agent workflows with approved Forge patterns.
• Ensure observability, security, and reliability in enterprise environments.
• Integrate APIs and enterprise systems with governance and reliability.
