Job summary

New Wave People, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Architect with deep expertise in AI agentic architecture, enterprise integration, and architecture standards.

This hands-on role designs agent-based and AI-enabled solutions, defines integration patterns, publishes standards, and helps establish an Architecture COE in hybrid Azure/AWS environments. The role works with product, engineering, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams in a hybrid setting, with on-site and remote days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application/enterprise architecture.
• Cloud-native design experience on Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM or agentic solutions.
• Ability to author standards and lead an architecture COE.

Responsibilities

• Design reference architectures for agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Define secure patterns for integrating agents with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Publish architecture standards and operate the Architecture COE.
• Guide modernization, security, and collaboration across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
