Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Agent Developer, Senior Manager to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate workflows and enhance decision-making across the enterprise. You will lead cross-functional efforts with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate multi-agent frameworks in scalable, ethical, high-performance systems.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong experience deploying AI/ML in production, and deep knowledge of MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI, software, or data development.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g. Langchain), Vector databases (e.g. pinecone), embedding models, RAG architecture, and LLM principles.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI agents.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align AI priorities with business outcomes.
• Develop scalable, secure AI/data systems and automate workflows.
• Oversee sprint planning, documentation, and agile governance.
• Ensure observability, testing, and cost-efficient performance of AI systems.
