Job summary

Radical AI is seeking engineers to build and operate production AI agents for materials discovery. You will own tools, workflows, evaluations, and observability, delivering features across data layers, APIs, agents, and lab/customer applications.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, Go, and TypeScript, API design, and modern frontend tech, with emphasis on building scalable, observable systems and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years building production backend systems.
• Experience operating LLM-based agents or workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and TypeScript within a monorepo.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production AI agents for materials discovery, including their tools, workflows, evaluations, and observability.
• Deliver features across the data layer, APIs, agents, and customer and lab applications, while contributing to testing and CI/CD.
