Job summary

Hex Technologies is seeking senior and staff-level fullstack engineers to join our team building AI-powered features. You will lead the integration of AI into Hex, partnering with Research on prompts and model context, and collaborate with product engineering to embed capabilities into the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React and Typescript; architecture and systems design.
• Experience leading major product initiatives.
• Interest in browser internals to develop high-quality UX.
• Knowledge of web infrastructure for internal and external UX.
• Ability to lead initiatives while mentoring engineers.
• Interest in data space and shipping powerful tools.
• Commitment to design quality, correctness, and testing.
