Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to identify and design abstractions to accelerate an evolving product vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team working on Hex’s context platform.
• Drive technical strategy, review designs, and contribute hands‑on when needed.
• Serve as people manager for the engineers on the team, setting high standards and empowering them to excel.
• Recruit exceptional engineering talent.
