Qualifications

• System design and architecture experience
• Distributed systems and scalable infrastructure
• Experience with ML and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF)
• Security, identity, and access control design
• Strong observability, monitoring, and reliability focus
• Mentor/lead engineers and drive reviews with stakeholders
• Experience partnering with product and science teams for advertiser platforms
• Ability to work in ambiguity on greenfield projects

Responsabilités

• Own the architectural direction for orchestration systems coordinating AI sub-agents
• Design identity, authorization, and permission frameworks for secure access
• Design feedback pipelines capturing expert judgment for model improvement
• Partner with Applied Scientists to integrate RLHF into production systems
• Design and operate end-to-end evaluation systems for quality and regressions
• Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams and define integration contracts
• Own system reliability, observability, and performance for always-on agent infrastructure
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and promote engineering best practices
