Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customer AI teams, helping them design and productionize AI agents using the W&B Weave toolkit.

This hands-on, customer-facing role requires Python and ML framework expertise, plus strong communication to technical and business stakeholders. Based in Sunnyvale, CA, you will influence product roadmaps and deliver demos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working directly with customers in consulting roles.
• Excellent communication for technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer AI teams to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents.
• Advise on architecture and best practices for agentic workflows.
• Develop reference implementations, demos, and example projects.
• Gather feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Lead technical workshops and enablement sessions.
• Troubleshoot challenges in customer environments.
