Job summary

Farther seeks an Agentic Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that transform wealth-management operations. You will collaborate with operations, advisors and partners to turn needs into scalable agentic tools using Farther's data model and vendor integrations.

The role requires strong software engineering, architectural judgment, and business acumen to deliver trusted, adopted tools. You will own rollouts, training, and ongoing iteration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL development experience in production systems.
• Experience designing scalable AI-enabled workflows in a regulated domain.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools like Claude Code and related SDKs.
• Background building AI Agents with production readiness and observability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value agentic workflows.
• Design, build and roll out production agents that integrate with vendor systems.
• Ensure scalability, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code practices.
• Monitor adoption, train users and drive measurable business impact.
• Maintain guardrails and access controls in a regulated environment.
