Job summary

Apptad Inc. in Forest Hill, TX is seeking an experienced AI agent developer to design and build multi-agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and related tools. You will craft prompts, orchestrate tool calls, and implement RAG workflows within production-grade Python/TypeScript services.

You'll integrate AI agents with Java Spring Boot microservices via REST and event-driven patterns, ensuring scalable, reliable AI applications. Hybrid work includes in-office Tue–Thu with remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years Agentic AI development with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration, and LLM workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven design.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Build multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and RAG solutions.
• Develop AI services and APIs using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate AI agents with Java Spring Boot micro-services through REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Design prompts, tool-calling workflows, memory, and agent orchestration.
• Build reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.
