Job summary

Momcozy is hiring an Agent Algorithm Engineer for our Los Angeles AI team. You will design and deploy intelligent agent capabilities for customer-facing products, focusing on planning, tool use, memory, and evaluation systems.

You will collaborate with product, backend, data, and operations to ship robust AI features, improve model quality, latency, and safety, and establish monitoring and incident-response practices for agent systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML/NLP/recommender systems/agent algorithms.
• Strong Python and DL experience; familiarity with LLMs, RAG, evaluation, and distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent algorithms, planning, tool use, retrieval, memory, and evaluation systems.
• Improve model quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost through experiments and production feedback.
• Partner with product, backend, data, and operations teams to ship robust AI features.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, rollout, and incident-response practices for agent systems.
